Qiulin WEN
Qiuling Wen, Female, PhD, Born in Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province, in 1986. Teacher Wen has graduated from department of physics, Peking University and now works at Huaqiao Unversity. Her main research areas include laser processing of brittle materials, nano manufacturing, and precision machining of semiconductor materials and brittle materials. She has published more than 10 papers and granted 5 patents.

Research Interests

  • Laser processing of hard and brittle materials, including laser drilling, laser cutting, and surface modification.

  • Microsphere-assisted ultrafast laser machining of nano-hole arrays.

  • Removal mechanism of high energy beam processing hard and brittle materials.
