Yueqin Wu, Male, PhD, Born in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, in 1980. Professor Wu has graduated from internationally distinguished universities and is equipped with expert knowledge in both mechanical engineering and materials science. He has published 48 journal papers with h-index of 17.

Research Interests
Manufacturing and mechanical property characterization of variety of materials, including semiconductor, soft brittle materials.
Crystal structure characterization (SEM/TEM/Synchrotron XRD) of nanostructure and new materials.
Nano-scartching and nanoindentation induced deformation of semiconductor, soft brittle materials.
